I don’t think there is anything you can do. They won’t listen!
I really enjoyed playing a daily quiz game called Streaks on their website, but they cancelled it! I enjoyed playing it so much with my family, and was so sad to se that they had cancelled it. Bleacher Report, PLEASE BRING STREAKS BACK!!!

I can’t set up the app with the teams I want in the scores banner
After the change to br about 18 months ago, I have hated the app because I can't set it up for my teams. I loved the app before, and now it's useless for me.

The issue still persists and no response from the community moderators.
The new moderators on the community forum have a set bias based on the article writers and will delete posts to make the forum seemingly agree with the article writer. Ex: ATL Hawks community board is overwhelmingly negative due to moderators constantly deleting the positive posts and leaving the negative troll accounts' comments only so that it can have the look of 'Hawks = fan base hate team.' Before the update, when they had community moderators who actually cared about the users and made sure the posting was balanced and banned trolls, they have been stripped of their positions and given to moderators who run multiple communities at once and allow trolling to run rampant.

Preferred solution: Better moderation for their staff and updates to fix faulty app.

Took away and ruined anything that worked or users enjoyed. It's been a long time coming but much like esecpn, someone needs to take them out back and ol yeller these horrible companies..

Was decent but no more
Bleacher report was once a place where you can quickly read updated news and get some peoples opinion and make comments on them. It was a fun place to exchange ideas with other users.
One more now its becoming an outlet for news agencies use X to post their comments or to make user sit through a video or a blog.
When all I want to do is read a quick blurb. Its no fun anymore.

what call..was told via email your policy is no voice contact with customers despite offering a number...but ... you'll call a customer to interview them for a community captain...???
answer the phone when your online sign in / verification measures are so complex.. convoluted..and non functional that one needs voice verification of and guidance to restore an account that was working prior to the BS update that renders established accounts useless...

Updated to absolute Trash
Since these idiots have updated this once fantastic app, it has become absolute trash!! I have waited for them to iron the bugs out and it is actually getting even worse!!
Especially during this time of season, when you have March Madness, MLB season beginning, NBA and NHL closing in on playoffs and that's all that you get is a blank screen with a B and a K on it!! Absolute trash!!

It sucks now. Hard for someone whos had the app downloaded and was comfortable for over 10+ years.

This new design is just plain horrible. I don't know how this was ever approved to be released.
Some teams have no updates for days on it even after games just play. Previously there would be updates before or after a game.
Just looking at one team right now the what's buzzing section has the exact same message four times in a row.The top article has been on there for 6 days and I just saw an interview with the coach which used to show up but now it doesn't. Hopefully you guys look into all these complaints and improve the content that's being shown for every team.

Bleacher Report updated their ap and it went from being my favorite sports ap to being a piece of crap.
Before the upgrade, I had all of my teams followed in team by team order, easy to scroll and locate. The new ap rearranged them all in no order. When I deleted them all to rebuild it the way I had it, they show up in no particular order still!!
The format has also been changed so not a lot of easily accessible information about the sports teams that I follow.
And BTW, the new ap is extremely slow.
Currently, I am testing new sports apps but have not found anything quite as good as what BR used to be.
Preferred solution: I would like the old version back.

The update has made it impossible to see any comments anyone else says. Teams that you follow don't go to the top anymore. Completely not user friendly.

What did you gain by totally turning this app to a trash can?? It horrible.
Among many things I chose only what I was interested in or want to hear about but now I'm getting bombarded with junk on a feed I don't even care about!!
Why bother asking us to put down who and what teams we support and want to hear about. Rating= big fat ZERO!
